This hotel is located in a great neighborhood with blocks of restaurants to choose from, making it easy to find something to eat nearby. The rooms have been updated and are very clean, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The hotel offers great views, with many rooms having a better view which adds to the overall experience. The breakfast included in the stay adds value for money and allows guests to start their day off well-fed and satisfied.

Nothing not too like.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel along Denman Street, and it was truly a delightful experience. The location of this hotel couldn't be better - situated in a residential area that offers a wide range of dining options within walking distance. I was able to explore the vibrant downtown district with ease, and the convenience was simply unbeatable.

All was in order during my stay - no complaints whatsoever.

the front desk should have more staff for the people checking in and out. It was a lengthy process and there were a lot of people lined up waiting.

The 34th floor location was fantastic and the view of the ocean was a treat. The bed was especially comfortable - I think they just put in a new mattress. It was nice to have a fridge in the room. The room was spacious, newly renovated and very clean.

Spacious rooms with great kitchen facilities and an amazing view. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

The hotel entrance was confusing and not well-lit, which made me feel unsafe as a solo traveler. The room decor was outdated and in need of renovation, with uncomfortable bedding, worn-out furniture, and thin blankets.

The location couldn't be any better. We were close to everything. We could take a long walk to Stanley Park or a short walk to numerous restaurants and shopping. Parking was effortless and affordable as well, so if you have a car don't hesitate to bring it along for a day trip to Whistler or somewhere else close by. We had a ton of room in our suite which would easily accommodate a family of 4 with room to spare. Conference facilities were also really good.

The towels... ouch!! Either get some new ones or use fabric softener please!! Our room was showing its age, but was still clean.

Good mix of price, location and qualities compared to other options; staff were friendly. Despited basic/dated decor, the room was very well maintained with an excellent and comfortable bed

Rooms are a little dated (except: TV and bed which were both excellent), but overall good value

The staff in all venues was fabulous. Location was great - in the middle of an area with lots to see, do, dine & drink at, as well as very close proximity to the sea wall, ocean and shopping. Third, and very important to me, was the price. An outstanding bargain.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a short walk to the water taxi's and surrounded by numerous restaurants. The rooms are decently sized, with clean bathrooms and the option of a full kitchenette. The staff is friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any needs.

The hotel could use some renovations to update the outdated furniture and fixtures.
